Normally: jalapenos, hot pepperoni / chorizo, spicy chicken, mozzarella.

Sometimes you can't beat a simple four cheese + pepperoni though.

I just love to tomatoes. I normally get a pizza from the supermarket and buy 2 or 3 salad tomatoes and slice them up cover the whole pizza with them. Raw tomatoes aren't great but cook them and they become really tasty.

I also like smoked bacon, it has to be smoked if it's not you might as well not bother and mushrooms.
