What are your upgrade plans for you car?

Replace the fuel lines and the radiator, fit new headlamps, find a new rear bumper as mine's a little bit warped.

Long term is 2.0 XE but no rush to be honest.

The 2.2 supercharged hits not far off that does it not?

And easier to get a hold off I would have thought.

It hits about 250bhp at the moment. The LSJ engine has much stronger internals and is a close swap to the 2.2. It's also relatively cheap to buy from the states. Courtenay have an LSJ engine which they're going to experiment with over the winter.

Very nice, hopefully they will see some good gains on it! :D

That would be bloody scary in the vx though!

When I get my Focus ST in September I plan on a remap and just a full on detail. Funds are low with a new house purchase looming. If I had the cash I would be looking getting it over 300bhp.

I looked into replacing my business satnav in the M3 to the widescreen later one and it was about £1400 something ridiculous.

Is it cheaper on the e39?

No, not really. But you get the money back when you sell the car as you can remove the nav stuff and flog it on Ebay again.

The price of it is utterly retarded - it isn't even that great a system. The Audi versions are just a single module that plugs into the dash and goes for about 400 quid. Yet the inferior BMW system requires loads of bits each one being worth about 300 quid. It's just mental.

Depends what the RR day says. But next up, if I decide to do it, is front-mount, followed (if necessary) by full decat.

Then maybe new springs and dampers - probably Exe-tc fast road ones.

I'm 25 next week, I think it's time to move out rather than throw money at the car:(

Fortunately the car is awesome as it is, I can't think of anything it'd need apart from a supercharger setup, or silly cams/ecu etc.

Samco Inlet/Boost Hoses (done)
ITG Panel Filter (done)
Forge Dump Valve (for the chav in me :o) (done)
Forge Intercooler
RStuning Remap
Miltek Exhaust
Goodridge Braided Lines (done)
Audio Gear (done)

And whatever else comes to mind.

You can get to 280/290 for less than £1k but my understanding is 300+ is well into the thousands, diminishing returns and all that!

Hi there

On its way:-
3.20 Pulley (11.5psi) Currently running 7.5psi 3.60 Pulley.
60lb injectors
V10 waterpump pulley
Ford 90mm idler pulley
Saleen 2008 Extreme 2008 CAI and new MAF
Autolite Spark plugs
Roush Tensioner

Target 575-600BHP region, similar level of torque.

Also a Saleen watts link suspension on its way as well.

In the long term, well not a lot apart from maybe a complete brake overhaul to some real big stoppers and possibly some further suspension mods to the front of the car.

Got some paintwork to get sorted out - bumpers and the bottom of a door mainly
While the above is done, skirts to be painted
Getting some Koni springs fitted next week

Not sure whether Im going to change in a year or so, so will either stop there or go for manifold, exhaust etc if I plan to keep it.

Still got a few bits hanging around the house that have to be fitted yet.

Z32 rear brake upgrade
Whiteline rear subframe lock and align kit
Mocal oil cooler
Defi Oil temp and pressure gauges in a Greddy pillar pod

Thinking about a set of Tomei Pon Cams and Im pretty much done on the power mods.
