The numbers vary a lot depending on the study and various criterion they use, but it's between 70 and 90% of business that don't have an adequate disaster recovry and business continuity plan go out of business.
Even 70% is scary enough to think about throwing some money at it and doing it properly. Also worth having your insurance company do an assessment of your DR plans too as if they're good it can save you money, if they're not you'll be informed of stuff you've overlooked
