What C2D mATX with HDMI?

I'd personally go for the Abit F-I90HD but make sure you flash it to the latest BIOS as soon as possible as it helps fix a lot of the problems the earlier boards had.

The Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H claims HDMI onboard (and is cheaper than the F-I90HD), however i've not used it so I can't say if it's any good or not. :)

I did look at the Abit a while ago (when it was pretty much the only HDMI mobo available), but it seemed to have quite a few problems. The most off-putting one being that it couldn't output 1080p?

As you say, BIOS updates may have fixed this though.

I'll have a Google around about the Gigabyte.

Ah, well I can't say a lot about the HDMI as I never used it.

From what I read about the F-I90HD though, it gets more unstable the more you overclock it. I killed one of mine running an E6600 at 3GHz. BIOS updates seem to have fixed "certain" issues though.

I assume if you're using HDMI it's for an HTPC? And so will not be overclocked much, if at all?

Yes it would be for an HTPC.

I would be wanting to OC though. Nothing extreme, but it's pretty much illegal not to OC C2Ds. :p

What processor are you planning on using? I know C2Ds overclock well, but I think any of them at stock should be more than enough! :p

The Asus P5E-VM HDMI is supposed to be a good board, bit on the expensive side though.
I've been looking for reviews on the Gigabyte also but can't find anything. Seems decent from what people on here say about it.
