What cables do I need to connect up my Onkyo TX-SR805 ?

I will be connecting these up to an Onkyo TX-SR805 receiver when I get it in a few weeks :

Toshiba HD-XE1 : via HDMI
Playstation 3 : via HDMI

These I'm not 100% sure about :

Foxtel IQ Box (virtually the same as SKY+) : component for video and optical for sound ??

Pana DMR-EH50 DVD recorder : component for video and optical for sound ??

So are the above correct ? And if so please can somebody advise of some quality yet reasonably priced cables ?

PS : I will be in Australia later in the year hence the Foxtel Box.
