What can I expect to get out of my E6600 overclocking?

I bought Jt_Junkie's E6600, does 3500 on 1.45v and @ 1.55v i got it running at 3600, but bios reset on reboot, but i think thats the ram failing as its only PC5300 :( got some Pc8500 on its way :)
