...that makes a car look like this:

thats probably been photoshoped a bit but at the moment i just wash and wax it comes up nice, but I want some really nice wax/clay (dnt know much about what to use and how to use it)

help appreciated

also: I have a layer of grime on one of my alloys, I can scratch bits of with my nail to reveal the underside, but it just won't come of, I have used wheel cleaner etc to no avail.
