What can you do with this ?

Think Raspberry Pi but geared towards parallel computing. It's supposed to be a cheap way for students/hobbyists/charities/etc to lash together a rig for parallel workloads.
 
70 GFLOP/S/W is very impressive. For comparison a Titan will do about 18 per watt and a Xeon Phi about 4 per watt. Of course you need many tens/hundreds to match a single titan.
