is that because your young and the insurance is soooo expensive !! guy at work 18 just past his test - has a 1.1 fiesta paid £950.00 for it and the insurance cost almost £2,000.00 a year..

Nope its because I bought it when I first finished uni and was unemployed so running costs were more of a worry than the initial purchase cost. TBH in terms of an ok looking cheap to run car I have no complaints with it.

Do want something a touch quicker next time round though.

You dont want to admit to driving such a boring, bland heap of junk when you are in the company of Saxo, 306, Vectra and Golf drivers, you'd just embarras yourself.
