What car if you could afford it?

Too many variables in this. Am I supposed to use it everyday? Fuel it? Insure it?

An MP12-4C would be a great car I think you could use everyday. Or a new 911 Turbo, or a GTR...or an AMG C63....or an XFR...argh!!

Given that most people could probably afford to buy or finance either the car they want or at least something similar as long as its not something like a Ferrari and that in reality its the cost of running the thing - that puts the brakes on the idea, I'm going to interpret this as meaning a car with zero costs you need to fund yourself beyond petrol.

So, if I could pick any fully expensed car I wanted it'd probably be an F10 M5.

Assuming I don't have to pay running costs and I can have another car for general use: Countach

Assuming I do have to pay running costs and I can't have another car for general use: Jaguar XF Sportbrake 3.0 V6 Diesel

Me personally, I'd have the Nissan GTR. Think it's a beast of a car although I'd probably end up killing myself considering that for the last 7 years I've owned a Fiat Punto Sport :)

Probably a bit lower down the food chain than your expecting but a 370Z.. has a decent amount of performance and a bit of comfort, its not going to be nearly as brutal as the GTR, for how little it would be used to its full potential I cant see the point in owning anything too extreme, would be cheaper to just hire them as and when you wanted to drive one

I never knew you are such a Japs car nut :D

I'd happy to take a 3.0Si z4.

The LFA is beautiful.

That would be my choice is all expense were paid for as I don't believe I could run an LFA lol.

If I had to pay running expenses it would be a tough choice really.

A 370Z Nismo would be nice, I reckon I could stretch to a Lexus IS-F though :)
