nowhere near

the 98 accord suggestion has the right gate, but wrong interior

that looks nothing like. Its gotta be some random american honda and they used the gate from the honda parts bin ?

Consider your mystery solved :)

That is, I am 99.9% certain, a Chevrolet Evanda.

There is a picture of the interior in this review.

Horrible piece of junk really.

moeks - how the hell did you even come across such an appalling pile of crap?
Partly luck I suppose and partly because I was having trouble sleeping, so decided to make it my mission for a while, I was never going to sleep until I cracked it :p

...I did spend quite some time searching through some of the most horrid interiors North America has to offer, and believe me, they get worse than this one. I actually found that on the whole, the larger Kia's and Hyundai's sold to the US market, the ones we don't see here, have much better interiors than many American domestic cars. I'm not so sure about the engines though.

I found a car I had never heard of (actually I found a few) from Hyundai called the Genesis ...I wouldn't say it's exactly going to make me run out and buy one, but looking at the pictures and reading the specs, it seems like Hyundai has come a long way with this one, it genuinly looks like a decent car, and frankly I would rather drive this than some of the home grown American offerings, incidentaly if anyone does look at the site, I was looking at the sedan not the coupe.
