What case for an iPod Classic?

Considered a Foof sleeve or similar?

I've never really considered anything else for ipod/iphone (and now Macbook). Protects it from scratches when not being used and in pocket / bag. Something to sit on when it's on the desk where I sit at the desktop computer. And most importantly, doesn't get in the way / make the device more cumbersome when I'm trying to use the thing like any permanent case - however slimline - can't fail but do.

Invisible sheild.

I have one on my Video which i put on about 3 years ago, and it's still on there. Not even peeling. It's changed colour slightly due to sweat when being used in the gym etc but a brilliant product. Also had one on my iPhone. Not a scratch on either appart from the courners which are exposed, even then they're minor.

If you can afford to, and if it works, why not put the invisible sheild on and then which ever other case of your choice?:)

I did that with my iPhone and because the case I bought was such a snug fit, I had to remove the back cover part of the Zagg which really frustrated me as it was such an awkward job to install it in the first place.

The foofpod looks good, I wonder how well an iPod will slide in and out of it if it has an invisible shield in place as I know they add a bit of friction.

Since I bought mine, Foof have changed the inner lining from a satin-type thing to a fleece-type thing (they probably describe it better than that). As a result they've been able to go for more 'generic' sizing because the fleece has depth that obviously compressses when you put the phone in the case. Am just speculating because I've not used an invisible shield, but would guess that a tiny bit of extra bulk wouldn't be a problem (they use the same case for both gen iphones, for example, and I think the old one is thicker than the new one).

I've got a foof!

It even came in a plastic bag with a label on it in case I didn't know what it was.

Excellent choice (and not just because I suggested it! To be fair, I think Justin was the original Foof promoter). I've got the black as night for both my iphone and (brand new!) MacBook. The fleece lining makes the Foofbag a much snugger fit than the satin lining on the Foofpod, which is now a year old. Might treat myself to a new improved version, is the fit on yours nice and snug, Feek?

The laptop one is great. No way it's getting scratched in that. I was concerned about it slipping out when they used the satin (bad enough with the iphone, nightmare with a mac!), but the fleece sorts that out.
