Testing on WinXP + TVERSITY, and also soon-to-expire version of VISTA+Media center, I've got the FFDSHOW codecs installed but I can't play AVI or HD material on the 360. Format is not recognised. I can convert HF files from TS to the microsoft format, but I've been told I don't need to.

Any advice on what codec packs would work?

If you can play the files on windows media player (not necessarily WMP11) then tversity should be able to stream them across to the XBox360 without any problem.

If you sort out the codecs to play under WMP, then tversity will stream them just fine.

The whole point of tversity is that it takes whatever format/extension video files you have (divx/mpeg/avi) and converts them to XBox360 friendly formats on the fly.
