What controller for a PC?

Mouse and keyboard will do anything apart from racing.

Hundreds of hours on StarCraft 2 MP made me consider getting one of those keypads a while back, but realised I just needed a new keyboard (was using a crap HP one for ages). That paired with a wired 360 controller and I'm set for anything

Never understood why anyone in their right mind would buy those things. You've already got a device in front of you with over 100 keys on it that does just as good/an even better job. Spend your money on something more useful.

Wolfking Warrior keyboard is excellent for FPS's.

I found trying to run or crouch quite uncomfortable with wasd, and I know some people use these gaming pads, which I'd expect to be better.

with wasd shift run left crtl crouch. your little finger rests right n those keys when on wasd.

A mouse and keyboard do for me expect for flying and then I use a Saitek X65F Flight Control System.
