Had something similar on my old rig, had it again, and a pop up stating driver crash or something?

Any ideas what would be causing this, GPU is a single MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III Boost Edition, with 13.4 driver. Had similar with Crysis 3 a couple of times on old PC, this time on new PC with WoT.

Weed could cause it if u took a hit and stared at the screen for a bit.

Also looks like a cracked mirror, did you look at the monitor too long?

Lol, seriously tho. Could be drivers, over heating, or a bad card on the way out.

Hmm.

The card is running as supplied. I have done no adjustment. In fact it only got a little use in my LGA775 system before being put aside until the current build. It was doing something similar in the LGA775 system but I had assumed it was due to bottleneck of the old kit.

Is there any test or such that I can carry out to confirm what the problem is and whether or not it needs warrantied?

So i guess it isn't driver related?

I've had two cards over the years with similar looking artifacting and as already stated by a couple of others, it's been borked GPU memory.

Again as previously suggested. Test in another machine and if still faulty, then it's RMA time unluckily.

Good luck.
