At least they're not telling us what we could have achieved in the time we've already spent playing games. That would be really painful :)
 
I'm assuming the way this works is that it is using some set of average completion times for the games, and it just looks through your library and adds it up...

What would be neat is if it didn't just do that but also looked at how many hours you've spent on each game, and if that exceeds the average time, don't include that game's time in the calculation. That way it would be able to tell you roughly how long it's going to take for you to finish all the games in your library
