what cpu, mobo & ram can i get with £350?

I want an i7 3770k, but i dont know if ill be able to get it with my budget. Also the mobo has to be a mATX board, because my pc case isn't every large.

If I cant get the i7 3770k, whats the best amd cpu on the market?

ill be using the pc for gaming and video editing.
 
alternatively one that is in budget ;) and with a heat sink/fan for overclocking (you dont really want a 3770k do you :D )

Hey, thanks for the lists guys huge help. :) I found an Intel i7 2700k for a pretty good price, so I might go with that. my friend has offered me his spare lga 1155 motherboard. its an asrock H61M-VS. I might get the RAM some of you have listed though! Its dirt cheap!

er maybe they do maths differently where you come from, I dunno but as far as I'm concerned

you cannot overclock with H61 chipset board.
If overclocking isn't an option then I would suggest

yes I gone with the board RJC suggested as every few quid helps :)
 
Alternatively if your thinking about a i7 2700k you could go with something like this, depends how much video editing you will be doing. (16Gb ram and an overclockable CPU although only the stock heatsink and fan)
