what cpu??

hi guys
im thinking about upgrading, what i would like to know is amd x2 or intel c2d?
i play a lot of games and surf the web thats about it.

If you want to overclock, the intels are much better value, if your definatly not going to OC, then its a bit more tricky.

well i might oc but olny if i get a cpu that runs less than 3ghz if i buy a 3ghz chip then i dont see the need.

I use AMD (Socket 939) and wish I could say AMD but everthing I have read over the last 12mths or more says Intel , partic. if you overclock (and you should!!)

if you are only gamming / net surfing then better to get one of the new wolfdale duelcore CPU..
