No mate. The only black vehicles were the pickups. They had huge bars on the front, with blues on in the headlights. Looked very American, nothing I have seen from around here anyway.

Hereford is not that far away from Malvern which has QinetiQ which is a military technology research place. Could be transporting something important to here but that will be quite unlikely...

I am going to say a bomb disposing team is the most likely.

The vehicles with dishes on the roof are likely to have been UGV support vehicles for bomb disposal.

See if you can find any pictures similiar to what you saw though.

Probably a rapid response drill for a WMD/terrorist attack.

I live right next to a big hospital and one day I walked outside and got the shock of my life - hundreds of people in white romper suits and masks (think E.T.!) and inflatable decontamination shower thingies..........police, National Guard and Feds everywhere, weird vehicles parked all along the road. I practically soiled my undergarments. Turned out it was some big WMD attack drill.
