I want to put an m2 drive in my machine (it's a 5820k on an Asus X99 Pro) and use it as the boot drive.
Asus website says the board has '2 x M.2 Socket 3, , , with M Key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (Support PCIE SSD only)'
Will this do the job?: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/wd-b...-solid-state-drive-wds100t3x0c-hd-55v-wd.html
Or is there something better I should be looking at? 1TB should be fine for size.
AND NEXT QUESTION!
What's the best programme to clone my current boot drive to it?
