What do I need ?

I have an Asus Rampage II Extreme Intel X58 Socket 1366 mobo and a Prolimatech Megahalems Performance CPU Cooler (Socket 775/1366) heatsink.
Now here is the problem.
The screws seen in this picture below

have to screw into the mobo seen in this picture below

I assume OCUK will know what I need but maybe there is a word for it, and I can get me some before they send them out to me. I want to put my Pc back together asap..

as nobodys chimed in yet ill take a shot.

if these are accurate looks like you place the screw on the cpu side of the motherboard and bolt a backplate on the rear side. then mount your cooler to the bolts sticking up cpu side.

cpu side with screws protruding (note id want some washers on that, not metal on the tracks)

omg your answer is lame but i searched the manufacture in google and got in contact with them they will be sending me out a back plate
