It's a kids paper thing. Looks a bit like a flower and you put numbers and stuff on the outside, get the other person to choose and basically count until you get to the middle. Then you turn it over and it says something daft

Does anyone else remember publisher had templates for paper planes, I swear I spent half my childhood printing and making them.

They're not exactly hard to make, follow those wiki instructions
