What do you do in free time if your in the navy?

What's Freckles?

EDIT: Never mind. I found it on Google -

Freckles is an RAF drinking game one person defecates on a plate then another plate is placed on top and the players hold their faces at \"plate level\" then the top plate is slammed The soldier with the most \"freckles\" or specks of poo on their face has to buy the next round.

Weirdos! :(

I was just wondering, what do you do in free time when ya in the navy, on ship, and docked.

Im joining the navy mainly because in the navy, I can sail the 7 seas. Also, I can pretty much put my mind at ease... () :p

Cheers guys :)

May mate who was in the navy used to play playstation games, and watch films on the onboard cinema (well large screen projector anyway).

I'm an officer in the Merchant Navy and if you want something to do whilst alongside, you can:

Sightsee.
Get on the lash.
Find a dirty bird.

or you could talk about ships and play cards with your colleagues. ;)

So when Im docked up, I can basically do whatever I want - ie go on the lash, have sex with dirty foreigners (:D) , etc.

And on ship, I can play playstation games, and watch tv on a big ass projector screen?

Cant wait! :D

Anything else I can do?

Will I always have something to do, or should I take a laptop just incase?

Cheers guys

Take a laptop? Take a billion johnnies and spread it around a bit. Thats what being in the Navy is all about. Sailors go from port to port you know :D

Take it you've never been to sea before? You're in for a big shock. You're not just there to fanny about and live it up, you are there to work, so if you do go in with that attitude you'll be setting yourself up for massive failure. Forget the PS, forget the laptop - concentrate on the job, and you'll find the fun comes later.
It's a good life, but can be very very hard work. Work hard, play hard. :)

You'll have to get your barrel reamed. It gets slack when it's been banged too much.
