What do you do in your Break and Lunch Break

breaks i don't really have, so i tend to just grab a coffee and have that at my desk.

lunch can be quite varied by popping in to basingstoke centre, going up to tesco's to grab something to eat, popping home for lunch or eating and then listening to ipod at desk.

I'm a desk luncher. I hardly have any breaks or proper "lunch hour" due to the demands of the student lab. I don't mind too much as it's pretty quiet at the moment with the students away for summer and I'm just installing new machines for next term.

Old job....used to wolf down my lunch in 5 minutes and get back to work.

New job, take 30-60 mins, eat lunch at desk, catch up on forums, go for a walk or chat to colleages. On Fridays I take a 2hr lunch and go for a drive down into town and go for a walk if its nice, or go to a bookshop or something

I go to the pub usually for a drink or two and a go on the quiz machine.

Failing that, I go home and get some food, and just chill. Sometimes you just have to get out of the office.

Usually eat at my desk and listen to music while browsing the forums or shopping online. I sometimes go to Sainsbury's or Tesco with some work colleagues.

by the time they have phoned me and ive gotten back to work the person would most likely already be dead or on their way to hospital
