His neighbour could be Hitler reincarnated, it only means his neighbour is pain in the butt, it has no relevance in the effort on his end.

If that is all he can think of to annoy him as revenge though, that's a bit a non-story too.

You spend a lot of time making asinine comments on these forums, it isn't really any different except this guy's actions are quite funny.

I dont get junk mail anymore, apart from vanquis credit card, it just goes straight in the bin.

I filled out that no junk mail thing with the post office a couple of years ago.

My recycle box is literally inches from my front door. It just goes straight in. I don't even read it, unless it interests me (like fancying a pizza or something )
