What do you do with presents that remind you of a Ex?

Not quite the same but quite funny anyway. An ex girlfriend told me that after she broke up with one of her ex bf's, she came back from work to find him cracking one off into a pair of her shoes - looks like he still had a copy of her flat key, haha!

I just lol'ed the snickers I was eating all over my works desk.
 
"Hide" some of the more sentimental stuff at the moment. There is a photoframe with a photo of "us" that is hidden since the day we broke up, same with the cards I seem to keep finding. Maybe in the future i'll be able to replace the photos or look back at them but not now... :(

Some of the more useful stuff I use though, most is used enough that I don't associate them with her any more..
 
Most of the stuff that my ex gave me has been given away. The only thing I have kept is the emails. I just cant seem to have the heart to delete them even though I havent spoken to her in years and am due to get married in october. (My girl knows about these emails but doesnt know the contents) They are in my past but when I look at them once and a while just to remember the old days. I dont think ill eve forget my first love.

Keep them but put them away; out of sight, out of mind etc.

I think I would like to go through them when I'm old an grey and remember the life I've led. Assuming they do bring you happy memories at least, if they only remind you of terrible times - maybe throw them out!

He had the run of her flat (and I assume her bedroom/underwear draw) and he cracks off in her shoe...:confused::p
