A few funny things i've noticed so far.

The insert key is now missing?

I had the old pure white mac keyboard before, SHIFT+HELP = INSERT, same as the pc but now its gone/moved?

The return key could be a little bit fatter.

Don't get the satisfactory wack the keys feeling anymore when i want to type in anger....lol

Good thing is that the crumps and what not don't get under the keys now, or at least can't see it anymore.

I have a MacBook and the keyboard isn't bad. I haven't used the desktop version though. It looks nice and the anti-crumb is a good bonus. I wouldn't go out and buy one to replace my old style iMac keyboard though.

My housemate hates the Caps Lock key, it's not very responsive. That said, he uses it like it's a Shift key (why do people do this?!), so it's probably not such an issue for most people.

I don't think it looks nice. White on silver doesn't work. Didn't it get slammed as an ugly fake when there was nothing but an unconfirmed picture?

The black version of the older Apple Pro Keyboard is their best one, IMO.

Thats a designed feature.

To stop you accidentally hitting the key when not needed.

Its done by the hardware too

My housemate and my best mate also do this, I have no idea why or how they got into the habit in the first place either!

I really like the new keyboard.

I had been happily typing on my MacBook and would happily type on the new keyboard (tried it in the Apple store). I saw the mini one (the persion without numb-pad) - that is a brilliant one for say a MacMini user on a HTPC setup.

I didn't like it a first when we go new iMacs @ work but it grew on me to the point where I don't like typing on a "normal" keyboard.

My only complaints are that sometimes it doesn't type a key-press because I didn't press the key hard enough and that the Enter key is a bit too small.

I'd like to try the Wireless "Jeremy Beadle" keyboard though...

I love it so much, great to type on can just glide across the keys at high speed. Also got me into the habit of using shift for capitals too.

Feels quite strange going back to my Logitech keyboard on my PC sometimes, just doesn't feel the same.

I've got the wireless version which doesn't include the number pad. At first I wasn't too keen on it, coming from the old style clear plastic ones, however I have got used to it and its nice to type on although as previously mentioned the caps key is not very responsive. It is a small keyboard so people with large hands will have problems with it and some of the 'common' keys like the shift and return keys are small also.

I like the new keyboard, it's nice to have the space between keys.

However, they should have had an all-silver design, or a silver with black keys design; the white keys on silver just don't look right.
