maybe i went a bit overboard with the photoshop, but negative didnt look right so i went for blue.

the focus point for me was the clock hands and the shadows on the chains.

It's ok but I find the background very distracting I think you could do with something less textured, Also the dof is a bit big for me there is two much in sharp focus so it's dificult to know what to look at. The strap could also do with re-arranging it seems a big uneven. Good starting point but not quite the finished article.

a1ex2001 is pretty much spot on.

The background is is just not right - too distracting without adding anything to the shot.

Composition is OK, but could be improved by losing most of the strap in the foreground, having the point of focus on the near part of the watch face and opening up the lens to blur the far strap.

Partly due to the background, and partly due to the overall colour cast the whole has a rather gloomy aspect which certainly does not show the watch as a "shiny object of desire".
