Yes, but not as well as the 4670k/290 and 280x systems that have been specced for you earlier.

if the price is a little more than you want to pay, then drop the gpu to a 280x and ask us which one to get

You can lower down the price by 120gb ssd, the cooler will handle OC just fine. The case for the price is a bargain!
