what do you need in the morning in order to function

A cup of tea, a shower and a good 30 minutes of undisturbed complete peace and quiet so I can just catch up with myself and actually wake-up.

I hate rushing out the door too; it always puts me in a bad mood.
 
Wake up .. BBC news on the telly with some cereal and juice .. Then a shower get ready for work, then make tea/coffee at work n slowly ease myself into conciousness !
 
Pint of water that is next to my bed (I dehydrate really badly every night)
Shower
Porridge
Tea
Orange juice
Apple juice
Take Carlos-the-Jackal for a walk around the pond
 
Banana and some cereal (usually Corn flakes with hot milk as I've ran out of ready brek)

I recently found out if I eat some fruit before college I'm more attentive, and not falling asleep :rolleyes:

Oh I also need to be awake :D

Nothing really I do like some coffee though black.... like my men ;)
