What do you put for marital status on a CV if you not married..

Because to not state that does not immediately mean that the candidate is gay. A lot of people consider themselves in a partnership and not a marriage.

I actually don't care that much; I'm married, don't have to be too worried about the Legal do's and dont's, but the opinion offered as fact does bother me for some reason
