Plenty of good games plus the game of 2009

I still need to play Borderlands, Halo ODST, Batman game, GTA Stories plus many more, I only buy a game every month so I am sorted for 5 months.

360 = Alan Wake
ps3 = Heavy Rain

The 2 only game I can't wait for.

360 will also get FF13 if that is your type of game mid 2010 though.

Couldn't you say that about every gen though? New consoles will always offer more than just a graphics update

Plus MS and Sony cant afford to bring a new console out just yet, they will be planning and thinking about a new one but to put it all together and get it shipped and advertised, can see 2012 release date for the next 360 and the beauty about the MS is they know they can hold off a new console due to the head start they had on Sony. Console gaming is not about the graphics anymore its about the gameplay and online gaming more than a gaming having uber AA.

Graphically the games may not increase by much, but performance wise you would more then likely see a big difference. I agree with you that this console should have at least another 2 years yet, but the market is still pushing boundaries, just not so much graphically. Some games just really pale in comparison with there PC versions. Example to this comment is L4D, so much smoother on my 5 year old pc then on the x box :S. Something I was very shocked about.

( I had upgraded the GPU on the machine but nothing else
