What do you use to test SSD health?

Any tips on how to test if an SSD is on the way out?

I've tried CrystalDiskInfo which shows it as being 100% healthy, SSDLife which shows as it being 1% healthy and needs immediate replacement  and the Crucial Utility which shows the drive as being in good health but it fails the self test.

General performance seems fine but I am getting some copy errors but that may be corrupted files.

What diagnostic tool do you use?

If it fails a test by crucial, RMA it or bin it and replace.

Which model is it? Latest firmware?

Thanks, managed to backup most of it bar a few files which wouldn't copy. It's in a dell laptop which is long out of warranty but remembered they have diagnostics in the bios which also reports the SSD as faulty, surprised the SMART data is still all ok though.

Took the time to test my desktop pc while I was at it and discovered my game storage SSD (Crucial MX300) also fails the self test but SSD Life is unclear on this one:

That one still has a few months left of warranty but as it reads in good health would Crucial accept an RMA based on the self test alone? I haven't noticed any errors on this one but might as well check it while the warranty is active.
