What do you use your computer for?

Hey guys this is just a question i get many times from family friends people at work etc. Reason why i have 2 screens its on all the time etc etc etc many reason.So i thought id post the question on the forum to see how you use your computer.

Heres a question and answer format. if this goes well this could be like the new case gallery thread.

What do you use your computer for?

Gaming, coursework, browsing, watching films and tv shows and shopping. I use it for basically everything.

What spec is your computer?

Phenom II 550 Unlock to 4 core @ 3.1

General dossing about, uni work, music, games. In that order.

Uni work is mixture of adobe suite, 3d design and rendering.

Have 1 desktop and 1 nearly broken powerbook.

Rig 1 = everyday, office tasks, Music storage, phone ipod backup, web surfing & pseudo HTPC when I can be arsed, as most of the bits were cannibalised from my old HTPC project.
Rig 2 = Gaming rig, hardly used. Only goes on when Nephews come round.

Rig 1 = E7400 @ stock, 2GB ram, intel 80GB SSD, ATi 5450 Silverstone LC17, win7.
Rig 2 = E8400 @3.6, 2GB ram, WD blue 640GB. ATi HD4850. Eclipse 62, XP.

The above & a netbook.

Technically, two, but the second is in the spare room under the bed. It could just run Cod4 at reasonable settings but it has had its day really. It's a spare if anything with this one goes wrong.

Surfing, games, music, research, shopping (including food shops), TV & films, forum (singular), banking, ordering takeaways, chat - anything I can, really. One rig, i7 920 @ 4GHz, 6GB @ 12800, 500GB @ 7200, XFX Radeon 4890.

System in rig in my room used for some PC gaming but mainly watching media in bed.

Use my netbook (Samsung NC10) so much more as I'll browse OcUK whilst chilling in the lounge.
