What does GD use as their ToDo/Productivity manager?

Read the thread from page 1, post 1.
Was waiting for someone to say that! Things have changed since 2016 dude... some of the apps have gone bust, some have dropped in quality, some have gotten greedy with their pricing plans, some simply haven't innovated, so I figured rather than making a new thread, I would revive an old one in the hopes I would get responses with some of the more up-to-date applications / methods.

@chrismscotland Thanks Chris, I'll have a look at Microsoft's To Do

Google Keep for day to day stuff, Really versatile and synchronised between everything that has access to my Google account.

OneNote for all work stuff.

OneNote for personal info backups though, tabs for scanned official docs, passport etc, all account logons exported into another tab, banking details in another tab etc etc. Password protected so fully secured.

I use Things 3 for all to-do/project tracking (so stuff around the house, holiday planning etc etc), paired with Bear for my notes, and Apple's native calendar for... calendar.

At work I use Microsoft To Do as Things is Mac-only and it's nice to keep it all separate.

I rely on my brain most of the time, periodically I create written lists but normally that's because I intend to share them with others and ask for a priority order or whatever.

Essentially I personally regard the maintenance of these sort of things as just another task I have to perform, i.e. if I spent the time I would have have spent on 'productivity management' on actually doing tasks, I'll be finished quicker. I do acknowledge that they help a lot of other people however.

I try to use onenote because it's great but tbh the most used method I have is a notebook and pen for work stuff. I just don't seem to have evolved beyond writing stuff down by hand.

When I'm at work I just use old fashioned pen & paper or MS Notepad

For my own personal stuff I use ColorNote app on my phone. It's really basic but works for me for "to do lists" etc. For stuff I need reminders for I just use the calendar app.
I could maybe do with maybe getting something that incorporates both but I can't be arsed tbh :)

Just a general question here.

There's a bunch of apps to facilitate ToDos such as Todoist, Wunderlist, TickTick, and so on. Or, there's just good old paper.

I've been trying a bunch of these out and yet to settle on one, so I'm wondering how you guys keep track of the stuff you need to do and why it works well for you. :D

At work, my admin. She's basically my boss  she adds things to my calendar/tasks.

I also use pen and paper.

At home, I just use Google calendar/tasks (have Google hub so I just tell it to add something to the list).

We also use a whiteboard at home.

I find if I write stuff down physically I tend to remember the list better.
