For GTA IV? The lost and damned was alright, nothing special however The ballad of gay tony was fantastic.

They were excellent and they only existed thanks to MS paying a silly amount of cash to Rockstar for timed content. Ballad of Gaye Tony was one of the best DLC's around at the time, with a great protagonist.
