Thats what I think it is but I don't know who it belongs to.

It isn't some South Pacific Island is it? There's quite a few of those that have adopted the Blue Ensign as the National flag. Can't seem to find it on Google or Wiki though.

No "Equinox" registered at Glasgow according to the guys at Registry of shipping and seamen so, hard to tell; they said that if you get the reg number it's easy to trace it.

Looks vaguely like a Naval crown to me but can't really tell.
