ok guys can you help

Not a overclocker

yet but I have just got a e6600 with retail fan.

It seems these cpu's were made for clocking, how far should it safely go on the retail fan ?

And if I were to spend about £20 on a fan what would be best ? would it be worth getting ?

Thermaltake soprano super midi is my case .

If you can go over budget, then get the Scythe Ninja, if not, go for the Arctic Cooling Freezer - best cooler in its price range.

Has anyone looked at the price hike on the Freezer 7? I'd go for a sycthe mime if you can't spring for a Ninja, just because it cost less than the freezer 7 now!
