What file system?

So I've just purchased a 13" MacBook Pro. (Loving it by the way!)

I still have a Windows laptop from work and my GirlF has a Ubuntu laptop too.

I have a 16GB USB pendrive and a 320GB USB hard drive that ideally I would like to use with all three systems (both read/write) and ideally I would like to have large file (>4GB) support.

Is there a file system available that supports those requirements, and if so - what is it?!

Many thanks.

NTFS id you need the larger files, otherwise FAT32. Any Linux distro will handle NTFS and just get NTFS-3G or a commercial driver for OS X (the NTFS write support you can enable via the terminal is dodgy).
