Poll: What folder view do you use in OS X?

Howdy all,

Firstly, I'd love this to be a poll as I am really interested in figures for what people like to use as a preference on OS X... so if that is possible that would be great?

What folder view do you use on OS X? When I say folder view, I mean in Finder windows what view do you have your icons set to, e.g.

1. Icons
2. List
3. Columns
4. Cover Flow

I still haven't found a preference I really prefer and tend to use list generally, so keen to know what the general consensus is on this.

I use columns and very occasionally I'll switch to list mode as rpn said if I'm looking for specific dates.

I like the icons. Most of the stuff on my laptop is journal articles I've downloaded. Since writing a paper sometimes takes rather a lot of them, icon view helps keep track when I forget file names.

Icon view in snow leopard is really handy.
