What Folds for You?

Damn how'd you get that ClawHammer up to 2.6

huge @ss amounts of vcore, 1.65.

How did you get that X2 4400+ to 2700Mhz!?

in the bios there is a variable called 'fsb' i raised that :p

lay-z-boy-
only the two OC'ed rigs are mine - the rest are work's (but I've a nice boss)
and looks like your a bit of a demon OC'er - water?
edit: Know what you mean about the 930 - my OC'ed 805 easily added 5 degrees also (CPU 60c @ max load)

thumbs up for the nice boss! and no, only my pentium d is watercooled (dual rad gets hot:eek: ), i used to have my x2 watercooled but the radiator blocked the second dvi port/vivo.

Seems most of the X2's are serious easy overclockers.

not mine, 0551 stepping, ie. crap.

Hows the conroes output mate? been thinking of using them for fah

I think thats everyone :D

What kinda cooler you got on it?

My 3000+ laptop has no overclocking options, not that I'd consider it with laptop cooling, it's at 75ºC at the moment (full load). Normally it's at 77 but it's ontop of the A/C unit :D

However my 3200+ is watercooled so I reckon I could get the vCore up quite a bit. It's stock (2Ghz - 1.5v - 37ºC (full load)) at the moment.
I managed to get an extra 200mhz out of it a while ago but I set it back at stock because I lent it to a friend, whose PC blew up, whilst I built him a new 3800 X2 @ 2.5ghz.

For a crap overclocing X2 you seem to be doing all right :p

At one point borged 50x 1ghz P3's but the college where i did it spotted it fast and fixed the loophole that let me do it in the first place... was great for about 2 days.

Right now...

Venice 3000+ @ 2.6ghz Built myself. 24/7
Athlon XP 2700+ @ 2ghz Also Built myself.

Seems everything i borg breaks free...

xp-90 style quad heatpipe x2 cooler.

does 49c load :)

be careful with vcore, no matter what cooling, it kills.

Nice temp on that cooler, is that 49ºC at 1.65v?

I know the dangers of vcore. I'm not really that bothered to be honest. If it melts, it melts. It'll mainly just shorten it's life span, but I've been planning a new build for a while now anyway. If it does go I'll buy another second hand 754 so this machine can still crunch.

Edit: You gave me an idea for a sig as well :p
I know it says "Images containing mostly very large words or animated .gifs will not be permitted" which is fair enough. If it has to be changed then so be it.

LOL! :D

I like your sig.

yup 1.65v, i put 1.85v when i had my old dfi so i could get 2.75ghz out of it, i used an apogee and a hose hooked up to cold mains (dont worry it wasnt wasted the water went to fill up the pool :) ):D

X2 3800+ @ 2500 MHz (both cores)
XP 2500+
Celeron M 1300 laptop

soon ...
3 GHz HT Intel job
2.16 GHz Core Duo MacBook Pro

If only I could actually get them all working properly at the same time.

:(

At home:

Athlon 64 3500+
Athlon XP 3200+
Athlon XP 2500+
Athlon XP 2500+
Athlon XP 1700+
Athlon XP 1200+

Borged (unknown if running):
Athlon 64 3700+
Intel P4 3.2GHz
Athlon XP 2500+
Duron 1GHz
2x P4 3GHz (or around that).

Vent F@H says you've

Active processors (within 50 days) 15
Active processors (within 7 days) 13

If all the P4 have 2 threads that makes 15 - so your either
1) one P4 down
2) or two AMD's down
3) or one amd down and the Duron is crunching a big WU
4) or all are working but two slow machines are cruching very big WU's

its prolly some borgs I've forgotten about tbh, as non of the P4s have hyperthreading.

Lol!

I can imagine that with the heat comming off that CPU at 2.75ghz and 1.85v you had a pretty warm swmming pool.
