What food has 24g protein, 15.3g carbs and 32.8g healthy fats?

I'd look at some nuts such as almonds, brazil nuts or walnuts. A serving should come in round about there

Just a basic observation, i would be surprised if you or anyone can eat the same food day-in day-out, everyday. look to different foods with similar nutritional values to service your categories. Remember the most important thing by far is to hit your calories/ protein/ carbs/ fats etc for the day, rather than worrying about meal timings or what you should have when.

From my experience, I do not like to have a 2 shake supplements with a workout sandwiched in the middle. For some reason my body wants real food and lets me know about it. But maybe that could just be me. I see you have oats with your post workout shake so that should do it.

Anyway, in answer to you question, you could have some olives with tuna. Or maybe another helping of cottage cheese with Peanut butter. Natural Yoghurt is all good too..

What are your stats? You may get away with the plan youve already got just to begin with then if you feel your not progressing you can begin to add some more food in.

Could do with a bit of fruit in there somewhere.

I've been having the High Pro bars from My Protein and apart from fat content it ticks the other two boxes - although there are quite a few additives in there.

How about peanuts/peanut butter?

Then get your arse off here and to the pub :p, I would say with those stats stick with what youve got for the moment and keep an eye on progress if your not gaining up it by 200kcals and keep going while monitoring progress this should help keep your bulk as lean as possible.

Just eat, doesnt matter if you go over or under on anything by a bit. Being so specific is just going to make things hard and hinder gains.
