What food processor/blenders do the pro's use?

We have a kitchenaid..it's aimed at people with more money then sense.

Mine didn't last long until it broke. It really wasn't up to the job it promised, so I sent it back for a refund. The Kmix stand mixer wasn't much better - it was just plain rubbish at mixing dough.

My previous landlady like Magimix so I bought one of their juicers which has been great. My current housemate also has one of their steamers which I use the most. So basically I would recommend Magimix, but we aren't pros.

I have a Magimix 4200XL. It's excellent for the money and has a lot of functions. It grates vegetables unbelievably fast too.
