Which component do you like splashing most of your money on? Which do you take care of most? Daily dusting?

Hold very gently?

Well for me would be the motherboard, I like to splash out on expensive motherboards.

PSU, followed closely by quality matched memory.

Then it's ergonomic keyboard / mouse & quality multi-monitors.

just depends on the spec

low spec rig i would say cpu

mid range spec i would say gpu

and high spec psu by miles

but most important to me is the little bios beep to tell you its still alive before it boots up

Cant remember the last time I installed a case speaker!

I have 3 Piezo ones in a box but have never needed them. I keep them for testing in case I need them.

PSU for me, get a good one and it'll outlive almost every other component and can easily be recycled to new rigs. I guess a good case also fits the above criteria. GPU isn't that high for me despite gaming, there always seems to be something just that bit better around the corner and second hand ones can be had very easily as its probably the most frequently changed component.
