What game did you last buy full price?

Can't even remember. Not for the PC at least, on consoles I pay near-full price all the time. On PC I'd only pay full price on a game that is only sold on Steam therefore is always full price until it hits a sale.

Battlefield 3 deluxe/special edition. Then also bought premium later so I could play on the same servers as a good friend.

I played it enough it was worth it.

For AAA titles, GTAV PC (...and, funnily enough, GTAV on PS3/consoles.) Being on PC though, I didn't actually pay "full price" - it was heavily discounted for me, even on pre-order (think I payed £16 on GMG).

I would have most likely bought MGS also, but I won a bunch of keys through a NVIDIA competition (which also included Arkham Knight, Dying Light, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (I actually bought this beforehand, but I'm a cheapskate and used a VPN to buy through GOG Ukraine w/ season pass for £25 :o I guess it's technically full price in Ukraine though...)

Coming to think of it, it's too easy to not buy game, even brand new ones/pre-orders, with some sort of discount from their RRP. (e.g. I could go pre-order Fallout 4 right now for £25 or so, even though it's something like £50 on Steam...)

So all in all it was technically GTA5 on PS3, no discounts at all. Just bought off-shelf in store.

Elite Dangerous........ I hardly ever pay full price for games, & TBH I wish I hadn't paid £50 for ED as I've played it for 10 hours at most.

Lucky you....

I done about 200 hours, before I exhausted every possible avenue I could think of to make the game interesting or fun, only to run into some limitation or another.

I hate ED fan bois. "Elite is anything you want it to be, you just gotta use your IMAGINAAAAATIONNNN"

As someone who played the original Elite on Spectrum, Atari ST & Amiga, then Frontier on the Amiga for 100's possibly 1000's of hours, I can safely say I have both "imagination" & a love of the game.
However, ED just doesn't grab me in the same way. Perhaps my gaming tastes have changed.

The Witcher 3, got over 100 hours out of it and tempted to stick it back on once the DLC launches next month.

hmmm........ME3 *still bitter about that pile of £"%" ending* Pillars of Eternity; Shadowrun Returns *good* Shadowrun Returns: Dragonfall *Freaking Great* Shadowrun: Hong Kong *Holy Crap even better than Dragonfall*

I try to find deals after being burned on ME3 :)

I gifted Rocket League to a friend, not sure if that counts..

Before that, Assetto Corsa, before that GTA:V (on a PS3 which I picked up when I was there (p.s: Never go to a midnight release.)), and before that F1 2013 - Nothing else out of my own money.

I was too busy at the time so held off on purchasing ME3, despite being more excited than for any game release before or since.

So glad I did.
