What game has consumed most of your time in the last 10 years?

Around 9,000 hours on Battlefield 2 and a little over 1000 on UT2004. Since I stopped playing Battlefield 2 I haven't really stuck to a particular game.
 
GTA:SÄ disk stayed in my PS2 for well over a year. I then had it on pc and discovered mods and multiplayer for it...

GTA IV has also claimed a lot of my life! 400h or so, including when I had it on Xbox

Going back a bit further, the original Driver was the first game I became addicted to. Except that is we over 10 years ago now, damn that's gone fast...
 
Soldier of Fortune 2 MP.

Played that every night for hours and all weekend for probably two years solid. After that its probably Battlefield 2, but that's only 600 odd hours.
 
Tough one. If it was 15 years, UO hands down. Even 12 years could be any from Asheron's Call, Anarchy Online or UT2k3. 10 years I'm just not sure, I spent a huge amount of time farming Too Human, could be that.
 
Age of Empires 2: Age of Kings (awesome game, i was an expert Franks rusher LOL)
COD4 (over 2000 hrs i think, and still adding hrs, when playing matches)

This is exactly how I feel, loved all my time playing the game, made lots of good friends that I have stayed in touch with for years and really enjoy raiding/BG's/Arena. With the new expansion I really feel the itch to start playing again, because I know i'd have loads of fun.

Problem is, just as you said, it takes too much time! You can't just play it a little if you want to raid properly, you have to get your VP cap each week, dailies, rep, etc etc. Same on the PvP side you have to do your BG's for honor cap at first and then get your CP cap each week in arena's.

Its just too much, i'm enjoying GW2 a lot atm exactly because it doesn't have this pressure to keep up.

Looking at some of the hours people have poured into games in this thread makes me feel a lot better about the time i've poured into WoW though! haha.
 
Probably TF2 for me. Put about 1500 hours in but the game has given me back much more than that so ever second has been worth it. Don't play as much now but I go back to it when I have nothing to play.

Before that it would've been CSS. Played it regularly for about 3 years or so.
