What game is this?

It featured in the film, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005).

The console was black and the controller was a joystick, not pad. I presume it was an XBOX360, but the console case was modified. Legal reasons perhaps? The game was using an up-to-date graphics engine from what i could tell.

So yeah, anyone notice the HUD, the game indicates "stage clear" at the end of the scene, but that's as much as i could get from it.

the font and style of writing made me think BREED initially but having looked at shots on google its deffo not. Perhaps a small mod on the D3 engine? wouldnt be too hard to whip up.

It's Halo 3!

Actually, it was most likely a scene made up for the movie to stop copyright infringement etc..

edit: *guess I need to lay the sarcasm on a little thicker*.

It looks like Painkiller, I don't believe it is though.

art style is like a cross between painkiller and breed, graphics look like doom3 engine with crappy textures or one of the propreitory ones just prior to source/d3

I didnt think The Jet was being sarcastic?

His post says to me that he was taking Nokkon's word as Gospel that it was the H3 engine (Nokkon was the one being sarcastic
