What game wowed you the most when you first played it?

Goldeneye - N64

Half life 2 - the ending of that game was soo good

/ Since then , no other wow games imo

Probably one the first was Ocarina of Time, when moving 10 years into the future I was pretty wowed and confused.

Most recently it was one of my buddies dying in Far Cry 2, felt pretty sad

This is when i was young

but it was Sonic the hedgehog, before playing that I had only played zx spectrum and atari 2600 games. At the time I thought the graphics were fantastic

The first time I took a cross continental fight in WoW I was left with my mouth literally hanging open. No loading screens, pauses or hitching, just one enormous seamless world.

I loved World of Warcraft in beta/release. It's a shame to see what it has become. Haven't played since 2005 mind but even from a distance it looks such a waste of talent.

Loved Mass Effect as well, didn't put it down for weeks!

Tony Hawks 2.

It was seriously good for back then.

So many hours and hours of my life gone on that game. If i still had my Ps1 i would still play it.

Everything for back then and on a console was just epic.

EDIT - TFC was also a HUGE thing for me. I had never online gamed before and didn't even know you could really. I remember sniping on 2fort for about a year before i started clanning. I remember i was 13 at my mates house and he was playing it because his other amtes older brother got him into it. Ever since this day, i have been an online gamer.

That really changed my life i guess - Back on my old Voodoo card in software mode, everything on low, old 800mhz pc and just got 56k. AMAZING

duke nukem II, wow the graphics are so much better than the first!!!!
