It's just a pita for them to stand in the rain and scrape off the glue

Put a note under their wiper earlier. I feel they are getting off really lightly. If they do it again then they'll be getting a healthy dose of glue all over their window.

All joking aside, have you written them a note previously without glue?

They may not even be aware they re parking where they shouldn't be, if id been parking somewhere for a few weeks with no one saying anything then I found a note glued solid to my windscreen I'd be reporting you for criminal damage, or unsheathing my keyboard and battering you to death with it.

just get one of those chalk pens and write all over the car, will come off with a car wash but will take them a while if you cover the car, and then they have to get to the car wash...

I mean the pens then use on the glass of cars sometimes at cheap car places... to advertise the price.

If you drain the engine oil or coolant, they'll make it out of the car park but probably never return. But that's strictly fantasy.
If your company signs up to SIA you could always clamp them as a sideline.

Epoxy would work. Get the 5 minute or 1 hour one.

But in the 1st instance I would just put a note on the car under the windscreen instructing them not to park there again as this is a works car park and if you do, then woe-be-tie you"
