What good fans? (Cool, Quiet, Temp Sensing)

I'm guessing that these things (TBAN-BigNG and TBAN-MiniNG) go inside the case, like a Hardcano, but don't poke through and that you keep the drive-bay covers inplace.

I've actually got mine velcroed to the inside lid of the case, tucked away with the unused lengths of cables. They supply the velcro with the kit.

Skillz. The software claims to work on X64.
It doesn't use much CPU/RAM does it?

Yes, it does work on X64 and it uses so little system resources that my rig says F@H1 = 50%, F@H2 = 50%, so officially it uses no processor resources (although, of course, it must)

Just buy Aerocool Turbine fans... 1000 rpm, silent to my ears (much quieter than an amber) around 38-40 cfm and look great

It is a lot - but it's not so much more expensive than 3 hardcano's and it does an awful lot more.

I've got a load of papst fans with thermistors in the cable. They will go as far as switching off all the way up to the full whisper.

Don't use them anymore as the machine they were in is now watercooled and they tend not to switch on much.

Really should fit them to my HTPC though.

I'm not sure if they were bought that way or modified as I picked them out of a bin where my dad works.
